Doug Ferony Re-releases “It’s Christmas”

The holidays are upon us, and what better way to kick it off than with some new music with a classic feel. New York-based notable musician Doug Ferony’s “It’s Christmas” is exactly that – a Christmas song with a classic feel. Co-written by Doug’s late wife Joan, the winter-inspired track gives you that nostalgic feel of childhood. You know those warm and cozy feelings that only Christmas brings. It is about the excitement and joy that’s in December and gives listeners a jazzy, melodic tune for winding down and getting ready to celebrate the holidays. In this track, Ferony is accompanied by Dena DeRose on piano, Chris Berger on bass and Joe Strasser on drums. This track is part of Ferony’s 2007 album, “It’s Christmas,” which features new and traditional holiday songs that are surely as irresistible as the title track.
