Trill Bizzness Brings the Grit and Grind on New Album “I-75”

Trill Bizzness, the rising rap group out of Macon, GA, is making waves with their latest project, I-75. The trio—comprising Lilbubb, B Realer, and Yungshootah—has been steadily building a reputation for their gritty street rap mixed with melodic, vibed-out flows. Co-signed by JuiceKarter, one of the most influential voices in the Southern rap scene, and now managed by Rise Up Music Group, Trill Bizzness is gearing up to take their sound from Macon to Atlanta and beyond.

The I-75 mixtape, named after the major highway that connects their hometown of Macon to the heart of Atlanta, serves as a symbolic journey for the group. The album’s opening track, “M to the A” (Macon to Atlanta), is an unapologetic banger that delivers the raw, hard-hitting trap sound that the streets love, featuring a standout guest appearance from 3xotic. This record sets the tone for what’s to come: a blend of the authentic Macon street sound and the mainstream appeal that is slowly putting them on the map.

A Showcase of Versatility and Grit
While “M to the A” introduces listeners to the gritty side of Trill Bizzness, the album also showcases the group’s ability to tap into more melodic, introspective vibes. Tracks like “Elevation” and “Fell Off” reveal a different side of the trio, featuring autotune-infused melodies that float over smoother instrumentals. These tracks give the audience a break from the street anthems, offering a deeper look at the struggles, successes, and emotions that fuel their music. It’s this ability to blend both raw street rap and melodic, autotune-driven tracks that makes I-75 a standout project.

The chemistry between Lilbubb, B Realer, and Yungshootah is undeniable. Their different flows and styles come together to create a cohesive body of work that highlights their growth as a group. The addition of guest features from Rich Yungin and 3xotic only adds to the dynamic nature of the album, each artist bringing their unique flavor to the mix.

The Macon Sound: Raw and Real
Macon’s music scene has long been overshadowed by its bigger, flashier neighbor, Atlanta. However, Trill Bizzness is determined to shine a light on their hometown’s raw talent. “There’s a hunger that comes from growing up in Macon,” says Lilbubb. “We don’t have the spotlight like Atlanta, so we have to work twice as hard to get noticed. But that grit and grind come through in our music. We stay true to our roots, talking about real-life experiences and what’s going on in the streets.”
Their Macon pride is apparent throughout I-75, with references to the struggles and victories that come from growing up in the city. Yet, despite their local focus, the album’s themes—hustling, staying true, and elevating yourself—are universal. Whether you’re from Macon, Atlanta, or anywhere else, Trill Bizzness delivers music that speaks to the grind, the come-up, and the pursuit of success.

A Glimpse Into the Minds of Trill Bizzness

During a recent interview, the members of Trill Bizzness shared insights into their creative process and the meaning behind I-75.
Lilbubb spoke on his role in shaping the overall vibe of the album: “I helped shape the overall vibe of I-75 by listening to what our supporters wanted. On our last project, Trillbizzness Before The Fame, we got a lot of feedback. Fans wanted that balance between the pain we talk about and the energy we bring on more upbeat tracks. So, this time, I focused on being versatile and giving them everything raw.”
When asked which song best represents his personal style, he added: “I would say all the songs represent me in some way. In each verse, I’m giving my raw and uncut feelings. Even though it’s entertainment, I still think about my supporters and give them what they like to hear.”

B Realer provided insight into his contribution to the group’s sound: “My biggest contribution was giving the audience that extra kick and making everything flow together. I make sure that the music stays cohesive but still stands out.”

As for what comes next for the group after the release of I-75, B Realer shared: “We’re going to continue expanding the brand. Developing relationships is key to taking everything to the next level. We’re not stopping here.”

Yungshootah reflected on his creative process for the project: “In and out the studio, blowing good za to help my mind flow. I get behind the mic and talk about real events that happen in our day-to-day lives. It’s all about getting money, staying down, and sharing experiences that a lot of people can relate to.”
When asked what message he hopes fans take away from I-75, he said: “Stay true, be you, get money, live lavish, and don’t be too hard on females. We’ve got love and trap in our music, and that’s a glimpse of what we’re about.”

The Road Ahead
With I-75, Trill Bizzness is not just representing Macon—they’re putting their city on the map in a major way. Venues, radio stations, and new fans alike should take notice. Their raw street sound, combined with their versatility, makes them a force to be reckoned with in the Southern rap scene.
As they continue to rise, there’s no doubt that this trio will keep making noise, elevating both themselves and their city with each project. I-75 is just the beginning.
